Deliciously moist and flavorful muffins with a delightful combination of cinnamon and chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
  • These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
