- 250 g flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
- These muffins can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
