- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 pie crusts
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Add ground turkey, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook until turkey is no longer pink.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir to combine; remove from heat.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Fill each circle with turkey mixture, fold, and seal edges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
