- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Spread the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the pecan topping over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
