- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, cocoa powder, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
