- 1 pound steak, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into smaller pieces.
- On one half of each tortilla, layer the cooked steak and shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over and place on the grill; cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the grill and cut into wedges. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
