- 4 apples, peeled and sliced
- 200g flour
- 100g sugar
- 100g butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 100ml milk
- 100g spekulatius crumbs
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add the softened butter, eggs, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the apple slices and spekulatius crumbs.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
