- 4 medium apples, peeled and sliced
- 250g flour
- 200g sugar
- 150g butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground speculoos spices
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, speculoos spices, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced apples carefully.
- Pour the batter into a greased sheet pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
