Delicious ham and cheese croissants that are perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants
  • 100 grams ham, sliced
  • 100 grams cheese, sliced
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice each croissant in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer ham and cheese inside each croissant.
  4. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a twist, add some mustard or herbs.
  • Can be served warm or at room temperature.
