- 250 grams butter
- 200 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- 700 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 grams cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 grams powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 100 grams chocolate for decoration
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Roll the dough into small balls and shape them into reindeer forms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Decorate with melted chocolate and powdered sugar mixture.
Notes
- For a different flavor, you can add a hint of cinnamon to the dough.
