- 200g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 400g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100g chocolate chips
- 40g chopped nuts
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the butter mixture.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and nuts.
- Shape dough into reindeer forms and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
