Ingredients

  • 200g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 400g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100g chocolate chips
  • 40g chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the butter mixture.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, chocolate chips, and nuts.
  6. Shape dough into reindeer forms and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Let cool before serving.
