Delicious homemade naan bread, perfect for pairing with Indian dishes.

- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 200 ml warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Ghee for brushing
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add yogurt and warm water, then knead until smooth.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into balls and roll out each ball into a flat disc.
- Cook on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
- Brush with ghee before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with Indian curries.
- Make sure the skillet is hot enough before cooking.
