500 grams all-purpose flour
1 packet active dry yeast
300 ml warm milk
100 grams butter, melted
3 large eggs
100 grams sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 grams pearl sugar
Instructions
In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add melted butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt to the mixture.
Gradually stir in the flour until a dough forms.
Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rise for about an hour.
Fold in the pearl sugar into the dough.
Preheat the waffle iron and place a scoop of dough in the center.
Cook until golden brown and crispy.
Serve warm with toppings of your choice.

For best results, use fresh yeast.
