- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 500 ml beef broth
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, capers, breadcrumbs, egg, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- In a large pot, bring the beef broth to a simmer.
- Add the meatballs and cook for about 20 minutes.
- In a separate pan, heat the cream and stir in the lemon juice.
- Once the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the broth and add to the cream sauce.
- Serve hot with the sauce poured over the meatballs.

- Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
