Delicious and fruity Himbeer-Tiramisu, a twist on the classic Italian dessert.

Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone
  • 200ml cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • 200g raspberries
  • 200ml espresso
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 50ml Amaretto (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the mascarpone gently.
  3. Dip ladyfingers in espresso mixed with Amaretto.
  4. Layer ladyfingers in a dish, followed by the mascarpone mixture and raspberries.
  5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, skip the Amaretto.
  • Can substitute raspberries with strawberries or blueberries.
