- 250g mascarpone
- 200ml cream
- 100g sugar
- 1 pack ladyfingers
- 200g raspberries
- 200ml espresso
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 50ml Amaretto (optional)
- Whip the cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the mascarpone gently.
- Dip ladyfingers in espresso mixed with Amaretto.
- Layer ladyfingers in a dish, followed by the mascarpone mixture and raspberries.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, skip the Amaretto.
- Can substitute raspberries with strawberries or blueberries.
