Deliciously rich and fudgy brownie bites infused with the flavors of hot chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cocoa, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add flour and salt, and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mini marshmallows.
  6. Fill the muffin tin with the batter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes
