- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, mix cocoa, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add flour and salt, and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Fill the muffin tin with the batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
