Delicious mini bundt cakes that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 250g flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the vanilla sugar.
  5. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  6. Stir in milk and chocolate chips until just blended.
  7. Spoon batter into mini bundt cake pans.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before removing from pans.

Notes
