- 250g flour
- 200g sugar
- 100g butter
- 3 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200g chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla sugar.
- Combine flour and baking powder; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Stir in milk and chocolate chips until just blended.
- Spoon batter into mini bundt cake pans.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from pans.
