A delicious recipe for buttery crescent rolls.

- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- 250 ml milk
- 100 grams butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a bowl, mix warm milk with sugar and yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Combine flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg to the flour and mix until smooth.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip and place on a baking sheet.
- Let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For an extra touch, brush with melted butter after baking.
- These can be served warm or at room temperature.
