Delicious herb-filled rolls made with wild garlic.

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 200 ml lukewarm milk
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 200 g wild garlic leaves
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 50 g grated cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add lukewarm milk and melted butter, and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  4. Chop wild garlic and mix with cream cheese and grated cheese.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling uniformly over the surface.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and slice into pieces.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Best served warm or at room temperature.
  • Can be frozen for later use.
