Delicious herb-filled rolls made with wild garlic.

- 300 g flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 200 ml lukewarm milk
- 50 g butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 200 g wild garlic leaves
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g grated cheese
- In a bowl, mix flour, dry yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add lukewarm milk and melted butter, and knead into a smooth dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Chop wild garlic and mix with cream cheese and grated cheese.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the filling uniformly over the surface.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into pieces.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Best served warm or at room temperature.
- Can be frozen for later use.
