- 200 grams stale bread
- 100 grams wild garlic (Bärlauch)
- 150 grams cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 ml balsamic vinegar
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Cut the stale bread into small cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes with chopped wild garlic and halved cherry tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the bread salad and mix well.
- Let the salad sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve it fresh.
